New clubhouse and benefits for collectors

Members of the EduArt community can now use the club premises of the five-star Emblem Hotel located in the Prague city centre. With the new benefit card, they can also enjoy a range of benefits, such as discounts, free admission to institutions and exclusive experiences.

“I had the opportunity to visit a couple of traditional British private clubs in London. The Emblem Hotel has a similar atmosphere. It’s a great place to showcase art and socialise both formally and informally. I am very excited that this space can now be used by EduArt Club members and their friends,” said Barbora Půlpánová, founder of EduArt Experience, during the opening evening.

The Emblem Hotel is unique for owning more than 60 works of art. In addition to presenting the collection, there will be space in the Clubhouse for exhibitions by other Czech and international artists. Regular discussions with important representatives of the cultural scene will also be held here. “We have been supporting interesting and inspiring artists for almost ten years and I consider further cooperation in the field of art to be a significant milestone in these activities,” said Helena Valtrová, Director of the Emblem Hotel and General Manager of the Emblem Places Group, which comprises a network of luxury hotels, top restaurants and cafés with several branches in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany.

The EduArt Club Card offers benefits throughout the Czech Republic. Partners include the Telegraph Gallery in Olomouc, the Port1560 social centre in Český Krumlov and Pekelné sáně in Kroměříž. You can also enjoy benefits abroad through cooperation with the Czech Centres. For more information about the individual locations, see the new EduArt magazine. “Art can also be found in less traditional places than just galleries, so we try to encourage collectors to travel and discover new possibilities. Their interest motivates artists to create and they can contribute to the development of the art scene even through small activities,” explained Půlpánová.

Anyone can join the collectors’ community. Physical meetings of the EduArt Club within the Patron membership take place in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The Collector level offers mainly online lessons that can be taken from anywhere. Through the Maecenas level, it is then possible to continue promoting artists from Central and Eastern Europe who are selected by the EduArt Advisory Board, which is also constantly growing.
